A bit more about our founder:
Damon Moreno actively toured as a rock drummer throughout his twenties, building his music industry knowledge and contacts before transitioning into full-time artist management and launching iLA over a decade ago. He lives in California and spends his free time enjoying surfing, hiking, yoga, fitness, family, and live shows, and he believes that it's more about the outcome than the income. He is a proud voting member of the Grammy Foundation and is dedicated to continually providing transparent and character-driven service in the music industry.
